The Document Service department at Blue Cod Technologies handles all types of incoming documentation for our customers. We have trained experts that handle incoming mail, e-mails and faxes that arrive from agents, insured and third parties. This team reviews every document that is submitted to us and routes the work to the appropriate department. They also handle scanning of all documents that are received to the policy of record for future needs. This team knows the insurance industry well and knows all the different types of requests, documents, and processes within Blue Cod Technologies. The range of Blue Cod’s Document Services includes:
