The Customer Service department at Blue Cod Technologies is much more than a call center. The heart of our team is a group of highly skilled and knowledgeable insurance experts with many years of experience that come from all aspects of the industry. This includes agencies, carriers and claims companies. Our team is well versed in how to handle all types of calls from agents, insured and third parties. Our team also handles special requests from all types of media, including faxes, e-mails and paper mail. The team has a one day turnaround time for any type of request and we also offer expedited services for urgent requests on a daily basis.
